2. Products and Services

2.1. Product Description

We strive to accurately display the colours and features of our products. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be accurate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, credit card, or shipping address.

2.2. Pricing Information

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other information.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

3.1. Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.

3.2. Payment Methods

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card or PayPal information is accurate; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method; and (iii) the payment method will honour your payment.

3.3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping Areas

We offer international shipping to most regions globally, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is within our service area.

4.2. Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of £12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

4.3. Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

5.1. Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original, pristine condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging, including protective case and documentation, must be included
• Prescription lenses custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned

5.2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your full name, order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange
3. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions

Do not send items without an RA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

5.3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns based on change of mind.

• Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
• PayPal Refunds: Processed within 24-48 hours

5.4. Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive and process the original return. Standard or free shipping charges apply to the new shipment. If the new item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.
